生产定型可靠性鉴定试验检验下限研究

摘要
对应于设计定型可靠性鉴定试验中的检验下限取最低可接受值,生产定型可靠性鉴定试验的检验下限是否取规定值。针对这一疑问,首先阐述了产品生产定型的时机是在设计定型试生产后批量生产前。结合产品可靠性在寿命期内不断增长这一理论,说明了产品可靠性在生产定型时尚达不到规定值。对不同可靠性水平的产品通过可靠性鉴定试验的概率分析,指出检验下限取规定值时好产品通过可靠性鉴定试验的概率很低。分析认为,生产定型可靠性鉴定试验的检验下限应取最低可接受值。
        Compared with the minimum acceptable value which is chosen as lower test value of reliability qualification test for product design finalization, the specified value in the mature stage should be chosen as lower test value of reliability qualification test for product manufacture finalization or not. For this problem, the paper firstly represents that the proper time of manufacture finalization is among the trial production after design finalization and the batch production. According to the theory that product's reliability is continuously going up in the life span, the product's reliability while manufacture finalizing can't reach the specified value in the mature stage. By calculating the product passing probability in reliability qualification test with the different reliability, this paper proposes that the passing probability of high quality product is lower when the specified value in the mature stage is chosen as the lower test value. Finally, from analysis, it is drawn a conclusion that the minimum acceptable value should be chosen as the lower test value in reliability qualification test.
