摘要
家畜在进行人工授精时,精液成分会引起子宫免疫炎症,进而造成精子损伤,影响繁殖效益。文章主要以动物繁殖免疫学理论为基础,阐述免疫细胞对精子趋化性和吞噬性的机制、免疫细胞在繁殖器官的分布情况、人工精液成分对子宫免疫反应的影响以及人工调控降低子宫免疫炎症对精子损伤的方法等,旨在为家畜人工授精技术的进一步发展提供理论基础和新的途径。
        Artificial insemination technology is widely used in animal husbandry,however,the semen components can cause immune inflammation in the uterus,which results in sperm injury and affects production benefit. This article was mainly based on the theory of animal reproductive immunology,and analyzed the mechanism of immune cells to sperm chemotaxis and phagocytosis,the distribution of immune cells in the reproductive organs,the effect of artificial semen components on the uterine immune response,and the measures of artificially regulating and reducing the damage of uterus immune inflammation to the sperm,and made a systematic review. The aim of this paper was to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of artificial insemination technology in domestic animals,to improve reproductive efficiency through low-dose sperm,and to provide a new way for the development of artificial insemination technology.
