摘要
针对电牵引采煤机滚筒调高液压系统在使用过程中出现的过滤器堵塞、液压油泄漏以及换向阀磨损甚至卡死等现象,分析其出现的直接原因,提出了在系统的调高泵、过滤器、换向阀、调高阀、连接管等部位进行优化改进的方案,并在日常维护管理方面提出了建议。经过现场应用,解决了压力不足和液压油泄漏的问题。
        In view of the phenomena such as filter blockage, hydraulic oil leakage, wear and even jam of reversing valve, the direct cause of its appearance is analyzed, and the adjusting pump in the system is put forward, according to the phenomena such as filter blockage, hydraulic oil leakage, wear and even clamping of reversing valve, which occur in the hydraulic system of electric traction shearer drum height adjusting hydraulic system, etc. Filter, reversing valve,elevating valve, connecting pipe and other parts to optimize and improve the program, and in the daily maintenance and management aspects of the proposal. The problems of pressure deficiency and hydraulic oil leakage are solved through field application.
