摘要
为研究不同水平微量元素铜、铁、锰、锌对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,探索蛋鸡日粮适宜的微量元素需要量,选择体型相近且健康的67周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡960只,随机分为4个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复60只。参照农业部行业标准《NY/T33-2004》设计基础日粮,并以标准的0.8、1、1.2、1.4倍添加4种复合微量矿物元素添加剂。结果显示:中高水平微量元素添加量使产蛋率显著下降(P<0.05),料蛋比显著上升(P<0.05)。复合微量元素不同添加水平对蛋形指数、哈氏单位、破蛋率、蛋壳强度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合考虑,0.8倍行业标准的微量元素水平即可满足产蛋鸡对微量元素的需求。
        In order to explore suitable needs of trace elements in laying hens and guide the breeding practice, the effects of different levels of trace elements on production performance and egg quality were studied. A total of nine hundred and sixty healthy laying hens of Hy-Line brown layers with similar weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 60 hens per replicate. Under the condition that the nutrition supply of laying hens′ basal diet was the same, four treatment was added four kinds of composite trace mineral element additives of copper, iron, manganese and zinc in the basal diet at 0.8, 1, 1.2 and 1.4 times of the Ministry of Agriculture industry standard NY/T33-2004, respectively. The results showed that the middle and high levels of trace elements led to a significant decrease in egg production rate(P<0.05) and a significant increase in feed conversion ratio(P<0.05). The level of compound trace elements had no significant effect on the egg shape index, Haugh unit, egg breaking rate and egg strength of laying hens(P>0.05). Therefore, 0.8 times of the standard level could meet the demand for trace elements in laying hens.
