摘要
主要介绍一套基于LabVIEW平台设计的高能质子束流密度分布测试系统,服务于电子器件抗辐射加固试验,用于加速器的辐射剂量测量;它由法拉第杯探测器,移动平台控制系统和基于LabVIEW的控制与数据获取软件三部分组成,具有对法拉第杯位置控制、静电计读写、智能化测量、数据实时处理等功能;性能测试显示该质子束流测量系统能实现亚pA级电流的测量,20pA量程时的测量精度为5%,解决了弱流质子束的测量问题;该系统具有可靠性高、可扩充性好、抗干扰能力强的特点,同时实验结果表明测得的质子束流密度分布,能准确评估电子器件辐射环境与剂量,为半导体器件抗辐射加固设计提供支撑。
        A LabVIEW based measurement system of the high energy proton beam current density has been developed for radiation hardening experiments of electronic devices.It mainly consists of a Faraday cup,a motor controller and a LabVIEW based DAQ software.And it performs the functions of position control of Faraday cup,read-write operation of electrometer,intellectualized measurement,real time data processing and so on.Performance tests demonstrate that current sensitivity of the system can reach sub-pA with an acquisition accuracy of 5%at the measurement range of 20 pA.This system has properties of high reliability,expansibility and interference immunity,and can meet the demands of weak proton beam measurement to provide necessary data for radiation-hardened electronic devices design.
