基于DEA分析的安徽省各地区工业企业创新效率研究

摘要
创新是新时代中国经济发展的重要驱动力,安徽省近几年企业创新取得了丰富的成果。为了进一步探索安徽省工业企业创新效率,通过DEA分析法研究安徽省工业企业创新综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率的情况,认为安徽省工业企业创新效率在时间和空间上都表现出明显的差异,还存在部分地级市创新效率尚未达到最优、创新资源配置不够合理等问题。从而提出了加大对创新活动支持力度、调节最佳创新投入规模等对策建议。
Innovation is an important driving force for China's economic development in the new era.In recent years,enterprise innovation has made great achievements in Anhui Province.In order to explore industrial enterprises' innovation efficiency in Anhui Province,this paper studies industrial enterprises' overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in Anhui Province based on DEA analysis.It is considered that industrial enterprises' innovation efficiency in Anhui Province shows obvious differences in time and space.There are still some problems such as some prefecture-level cities' innovation efficiency has not reached the optimal level,and the allocation of innovation resources is not reasonable enough.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the support for innovation activities and adjusting the optimal scale of innovation input.
