基于熵权-理想点的采矿方法优选及采场稳定性研究

摘要
为解决盛大铁矿开采技术难题,在实现矿山高效安全经济开采的前提下,提出一种熵权-理想点综合评判指标体系模型,对矿山初选的5种采矿方案进行计算。首先利用熵权理论确定影响采矿方法的各评价指标的熵权系数,然后结合逼近理想解的排序法原理建立熵权-理想点综合评价指标体系模型,从而计算出各方案基于评判指标的贴近度。结果显示,5种初选方案的贴近度分别为70.3%,44.2%,64.8%,61.1%,46.3%,第一种方案即分段接力退采分段充填采矿法为最优。同时对采场进行数值模拟,对运用优选出的采矿方法时采场的应力、位移以及塑性区进行计算,并将计算结果与现场实测数据进行对比,得出采场岩体在充填后,应力位移增加较缓慢。并在盛大铁矿矿区-175~-162.5 m分段进行工业试验,取得显著经济效益,具有重要工程实际意义。
        Aiming at the mining difficulty in Shengda Iron Mine,a kind of comprehensive evaluation index system model consisting of entropy weight and ideal point was put forward to evaluate five kinds of mining methods on the premise of ensuring high-efficient,safe and economic mining. Firstly,the entropy theory was used to determine the entropy weight coefficient that would bring impact on each index of mining method. Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system model of entropy weight-ideal point was established. A close degree was consequently obtained for 5 mining methods,that is 70.3%,44. 2%,64. 8%,61. 1%,46. 3%,respectively,indicating the first mining method(section resection stoping and stowing mining method) is the optimum for the mine. Furthermore,the numerical simulation was carried out for the stope,and the stress,displacement and plastic zone of the stope using the above optimum mining method were calculated. Based on the comparison between the calculated value and the on-site practical measured data,it is found that both the stress and displacement of the stope rockmass increased slowly after backfill. The following industrial experiment at the level of-175 ~-162.5 m of Shengda Iron Mine with such method also brought remarkable economic benefits to the mine,indicating its practical significance for engineering project.
