摘要

市、县级矿产资源规划是国家矿产资源规划体系的重要组成部分,是落实国家和省级矿产资源规划的重要环节。通过对宝鸡市及各县(区)第三轮矿产资源规划编制工作中遇到的问题进行梳理,并结合实际对有些重点问题进行了说明并提出建议,以期对下轮规划编制起到积极作用。
        The municipal and county-level mineral resources planning is an important part of the country's mineral resources planning system and an important link in implementing the plan of national and provincial mineral resources. By sorting out the problems encountered in the third round of mineral resources planning of Baoji city and each county(district) and combining with the actual situation to explain some key problems and put forward suggestions, this paper is expected to play a positive role in the planning of the next round.
