徐艳玲小青龙汤加减治疗支气管哮喘

摘要
徐艳玲教授认为六淫之邪主时有异,四季感邪亦有区别,支气管哮喘可由多种原因引起,如地域、情志、痰饮及他脏病变累及于肺等,影响肺脏肃降功能,气不得降而上逆;徐师擅用《伤寒杂病论》外寒内饮经典方剂小青龙汤,治疗支气管哮喘,取其温化寒饮之功,辅以止咳化痰理气之品,灵活辨证,巧妙加减,降逆平喘,调节水气,综合治疗。"邪之所凑,其气必虚",后续加补脾益肾之品,扶助正气,温肺化饮。
Professor XU Yanling believes that the six exogenous pathogenic factors lead different times and the body feels different external pathogenic factors in four seasons. Bronchial asthma can be caused by a variety of reasons, such as geography, emotion, and other visceral lesions involving the lung etc. Lung descending function is affected. Qi does not fall but rise. Professor XU treats bronchial asthma by Xiaoqing Long decoction that is the classical prescription of interior retention of phlegm with exopathic cold in "Shanghanzabinglun". With the function of warming lung to reduce watery phlegm, relieve a cough, reduce phlegm, and regulate the flow of vital energy and remove obstruction toit for flexible differentiation, clever decoction, relieving asthma, regulating water, comprehensive treatment. "evil have gather together the gas willvirtual", follow up with tonicing spleen and kidney to hold positive Qi and warm lung to reduce watery phlegm.
