摘要
为进一步提升铁路专用线建设的科学性,在工作实践的基础上,通过经验总结、文献分析等方法,从主要技术标准、各利益方关系、工程方案等方面,对总体设计中的主要问题进行研究探讨。研究表明,在专用线总体设计中,应合理选择主要技术标准,尤其是对工程影响较大的铁路等级、坡度以及曲线半径;方案设计过程中应重视地方政府以及业主的意见,妥善处理与各利益方的关系,从方便运营的角度,对运输路径、接轨站和站后配套等进行优化设计;各项工程方案应着眼于提高项目经济效益,在保证安全及功能的基础上,根据项目特点因地制宜,合理确定。
In order to further improve the scientific nature of the construction of dedicated railway,this paper studies the main problems in the system design from the aspects of main technical standards,relations among all stakeholders,and engineering schemes by means of experience summary,literature analysis and so on. The research shows that the main technical standards should be reasonably selected in the system design of the dedicated railway,especially for the railway classification,slope and curve radius which will have a great influence on the project. In the process of design,we should pay attention to the opinions of local government and owners,properly handle the relationship with all stakeholders,and optimize the design of transportation path,transition station and post-station supporting construction from the point of convenient operation. With a view to improving the economic benefit of the project,the design scheme should be reasonably determined according to the characteristics and circumstances of the project,on the basis of ensuring safety and function.
