阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取天津市津南区八里台镇卫生院2013年9月—2015年8月治疗的支原体肺炎患儿70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患儿给予红霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及痰液消失时间,并观察患儿不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、痰液消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿的临床症状及体征,缩短治疗时间,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 70 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia children were selected from September 2013 to August 2015 in Jinnan District Eight Township Health Center of Tianjin City,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,35 cases in each group. Control group was treated with erythromycin,observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with erythromycin. The clinical effect,temperature recovery normal time,cough disappearance time,sputum disappearance time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). The observation group of temperature recovery normal time,cough disappearance time and sputum disappearance time were shorter than control group( P < 0. 05). There was no obvious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with erythromycin have an exactly clinical effect in treating mycoplasma pneumonia,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,shorten treatment time,and with good safety.
