精细化护理干预对老年重症糖尿病足伤口护理质量的改善分析

摘要
目的分析精细化护理干预对老年重症糖尿病足伤口护理质量的改善效果。方法将2018年8月—2019年1月到该院就诊的46例老年糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分成对照组与实验组,各23例。对照组运用常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上采取精细化护理干预,比较对照组与实验组的护理满意度与焦虑评分。结果实验组的护理满意度(95.65%)高于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的护理后的焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预对老年重症糖尿病足伤口护理质量的改善效果显著,患者的身心状况会明显缓解,出现较少的不良情绪,且患者对医护人员的满意度会大幅度上升,患者的生活质量优良,尽快重归到正常的社会生活中。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of refined nursing intervention on the wound care quality of elderly patients with severe diabetic foot. Methods 46 cases of elderly diabetic foot patients who visited our hospital from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 23 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing mode, the experimental group on the basis of the control group to take refined nursing intervention, compared the control group and the experimental group nursing satisfaction and anxiety score. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.65%) was higher than that of the control group(73.91%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The anxiety score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing intervention has a significant effect on improving the nursing quality of severe diabetic foot wounds in the elderly. The physical and mental condition of the patients will be significantly alleviated and there will be fewer adverse emotions. In addition, patients' satisfaction with the medical staff will be greatly increased.
