库塔效应对PTA装置薄膜蒸发器分离效果的影响

摘要
介绍了PTA工艺流程和薄膜蒸发器使用过程中出现的问题,即残渣中酸含量高,影响装置的酸耗及污水车间的运行。进行常规调整,即调节进料流量、温度、转速等未能找到残渣中酸含量高的原因,由此假设薄膜蒸发器内存在库塔效应而影响分离效果;应用MATLAB软件对薄膜蒸发器内流体运动的N-S方程进行模拟和实际检测,确认存在库塔效应且影响分离效果。通过工业试验找到了影响因素,即进料浓度和金属离子浓度影响库塔效应,采取了相应措施解决此问题,取得良好效果。
        The PTA technological process and the problems occurred in the use of thin film evaporator are introduced,that is,the acid content in the residue is high,which affects the acid consumption of the plant and the operation of the sewage workshop. Conventional adjustment is made,that is,adjust the feed flow rate,temperature and the rotation speed,and failure to find the reasons for the high acid content in the residue. For this reason,we assume that there is a Kuta effect in the thin film evaporator,which affects the separation effect. The MATLAB software is used to simulate and actually detect the N-S equation of fluid motion in the thin film evaporator. It is confirmed that there is a Kuta effect and affect the separation effect. The influence factors are found through industrial experiments. That is,the feed concentration and the metal ion concentration affect the Kuta effect. Corresponding measures have been taken to solve this problem and good results have been obtained.
