体验式教学模式在麻醉临床带教中的应用研究

摘要
临床带教属于麻醉学科中必要的教学实践活动之一。麻醉科带教教师需要依据教学要求来制订合理的体验式教学计划,以此来强化麻醉实践,提高临床实习带教的效果。麻醉科体验式教学选择的主要方法是模拟麻醉案例脚本设计、体验式角色演练与视频拍摄,并感受技能交流和评价。麻醉科体验式教学法的主要优势是体验式教学可增强学生的临床操作能力,培养学生达到"全科麻醉医生"水平,能够增强临床带教教师的综合能力。
        The clinical practice is one of the essential teaching practical activities in the anesthesia.The anesthetists need to make the rational experienced teaching plan according to the teaching requirements to intensify the anesthesia practice and improve the clinical practical teaching effect. The major method of experienced teaching in the department of anesthesia is to stimulate the scripting of anesthesia cases, drilling of experienced role and video shooting and feeling skill communication and evaluation. The major advantage of experienced teaching in the department of anesthesia is to enhance the clinical operation abilities of students, train the students to the "general anesthesiologist" level and strength the comprehensive abilities of clinical teachers.
