摘要
触变性物料在化工实际生产中占有重要地位,因此触变性的研究对化工生产有着重要意义。通过对触变性的概念、宏观表现形式以及微观机理的阐述,引出了触变模型的建模思想,以及模型中结构参数和速率方程等。通过介绍黏塑性模型的局限性,引出黏弹性模型的建立,从许多方面讲述了其模型的优点和局限性,并介绍了其建模的难点,针对这些难点提出了改进的方法和建议。
Thixotropic material plays an important role in the actual production of chemical industry,so the study of thixotropy is of great significance to chemical production. By describing the concept of thixotropy,macroscopic expression and microscopic mechanism,the modeling idea of thixotropic model,the structural parameters and rate equations in the model were derived. By introducing the limitations of viscoplastic model,the establishment of viscoelastic model was introduced,and the advantages and limitations of the model were described in many aspects. The difficulties of modeling were introduced and the improved methods and suggestions were put forward according to these difficulties.
