联合检测血清甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原和糖类抗原125水平对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

摘要
[目的]探讨联合检测血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原125(CA125)较单项指标检测对原发性肝癌(PHC)的诊断价值。[方法]研究对象选取我院2017年6月～2018年6月间诊治的PHC患者103例,作为PHC组,同期选取体检健康者103例,作为健康组。收集2组血清AFP、CEA和CA125。比较2组血清AFP、CEA和CA125水平;比较联合检测血清AFP、CEA和CA125阳性率与单项指标检测阳性率。[结果]PHC组血清AFP、CEA和CA125水平均显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AFP单项检测阳性率为60.19%(62/103),CEA单项检测阳性率为65.05%(67/103),CA125单项检测阳性率为70.87%(73/103),联合检测上述指标阳性率为96.12%(99/103)。联合检测上述指标阳性率明显高于单项检测阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]联合血清AFP、CEA及CA125检测可明显提高PHC阳性检出率,它对临床诊断和治疗具有重要意义,值得推广。
[Objective]To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in primary liver cancer(PHC). [Methods]A total of 103 PHC patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled as the PHC group. 103 healthy subjects were selected as healthy group. Two groups of serum AFP, CEA and CA125 were collected. The levels of serum AFP, CEA and CA125 were compared between the two groups. The positive rate of serum AFP, CEA and CA125 and the positive rate of single index were compared. [Results]The serum levels of AFP, CEA and CA125 in the PHC group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P< 0.05). The positive rate of AFP single test was 60.19%(62/103), and the positive rate of CEA single test was 65.05%(67/103), the positive rate of CA125 single test was 70.87%(73/103), and the positive rate of combined detection was 96.12%(99/103). The positive rate of combined detection of the above indicators was significantly higher than the positive rate of single test, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Combined detection of serum AFP, CEA and CA125 can significantly improve the positive rate of PHC. It is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worthy of promotion.
