信息化时代的档案管理工作的创新研究

摘要
随着信息化时代的到来,我国许多机构和企业纷纷开始在内部工作环节中采取信息化技术,以此提升工作效率。档案管理工作在此时代中首当其冲,信息化档案管理可以更好地帮助相关机构加快档案工作效率,并提供高质量保障。但由于互联网中过于繁杂的影响因素,信息化档案管理中依旧存在一些问题。本文针对信息化时代给档案管理带来的优势进行分析,提出信息化管理中依旧存在的问题,并提出几点建议。
With the advent of the information age, many institutions and enterprises in China have begun to adopt information technology in the internal work links to improve work efficiency. File management work is the first in this era, and information archive management can better help relevant organizations to speed up the efficiency of archives and provide high quality guarantees. However, due to the excessively influential factors in the Internet, there are still some problems in the management of information archives. This paper analyzes the advantages brought by file management in the information age, and puts forward the problems still existing in information management, and puts forward some suggestions.
