摘要
[目的/意义]现有的关于用户健康信息搜寻行为的研究很少探讨社交媒体的飞速发展给健康信息用户搜寻行为带来的巨大改变。回顾和分析国外社交媒体用户健康信息搜寻研究的相关文献,旨在总结其研究方法及研究主题,为相关专业人员和机构提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研方法,对近几年国外学者关于社交媒体用户健康信息搜寻的研究进行综述和分析。[结果/结论]揭示已有研究中社交媒体用户健康话题讨论的特征,厘清社交媒体在用户健康信息搜寻过程中扮演的角色,探讨社交媒体用户在社交媒体平台上进行健康信息搜寻的优势和潜在风险,并提出对策性建议。
[Purpose/significance] Previous research on consumer health information seeking behavior rarely discussed how the development of social media changes consumers' behavior. This study reviews previous foreign literature regarding consumer health information seeking on social media. The objective of this study is to provide professionals and institutions concerned with a systematic review of the research methods and topics that appeared in the foreign research on consumer health information seeking behavior on social media. [Method/process] Through literature research, this article reviews and examines the existing literature published by foreign scholars over the last few years and focusing on consumers' health information seeking on social media. [Result/conclusion] The characteristics of health-related topics that social media users discussed are revealed, and the roles of social media in the process of consumer health information seeking are explored. In addition, we also discuss the potential advantages and risks of adopting health information from social media, and provide corresponding suggestions.
