UCG联合ECG在心尖肥厚型心肌病患者诊断中应用价值

摘要
目的:研究超声心动图(UCG)联合心电图(ECG)在心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取桐柏县人民医院AHCM患者36例作观察组,另选,同期健康体检者30例作对照组。两组均采用UCG、ECG检查,比较分析检查结果。结果:观察组R波波幅、ST段下移、T波倒置心电异常情况及SV1+RV5、RV3+SV1、RV2+SV1心肌肥厚指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LAD、LVPW、IVSd大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LVDd、LVDs、LVEF与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:UCG联合ECG可准确诊断AHCM,且能准确定位肥厚部位,描述心肌肥厚程度。
Objective:To explore the application value of echocardiography(UCG) combined with Electrocardiogram(ECG) in the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM).Methods:A total of 36 cases of AHCM patients in Tongbai County People's Hospital were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases of health examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The two groups were examined by UCG and ECG, and the results were compared and analyzed.Results:The abnormal electrocardiogram of R wave amplitude, ST segment downshift and T wave inversion and the levels of indexes of cardiac hypertrophy of SV1 + RV5, RV3 + SV1 and RV2 + SV1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were insignificant differences in LVDd, LVDs and LVEF between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of UCG and ECG can accurately diagnose AHCM, and accurately locate the hypertrophy and describe the degree of myocardial hypertrophy.
