摘要
为了分析集料表面微观纹理对沥青混凝土路面长期抗滑能力的影响,采用AIMS系统研究了不同类型集料在洛杉矶磨耗作用后的表面纹理指数指标及其衰减规律。结果表明,检测集料表面纹理指数能够快速准确地获得集料的微观纹理性质,对不同类型和来源的集料具有很好的区分性。集料的纹理指数与路面长期摩擦力之间的相关性很好,集料的纹理指数在洛杉矶磨耗作用下的衰变趋势与路面摩擦力的长期变化趋势一致,即磨耗初期呈快速下降趋势,但在磨耗时长大于60min后趋于稳定,符合指数函数T(t)=a+b×e~(-ct)的关系,a+b(集料纹理指数初始值)、a(集料纹理指数最终值)、c(纹理指数衰减速率)3个参数可作为评价集料抗磨耗性质及集料长期抗滑能力的指标,控制纹理指数的初始值可有效保证沥青混凝土路面的初始摩擦力,选用纹理指数衰减率低的集料则可以减缓摩擦力的下降速度。
        In order to analyze the effect of aggregate surface micro-texture on long-term anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement,the surface texture indexes and attenuation laws of different aggregates after wearing in Los Angeles are studied by using AIMS system.The results show that testing aggregate surface texture index can obtain the surface micro-texture properties of aggregates quickly and accurately and has a good distinction for aggregates of different types and sources.The correlation between aggregate texture index and long-term pavement friction is very good.The attenuation trend of aggregate texture index after Los Angeles abrasion is consistent with the long-term variation trend of pavement friction,that is,the texture index decreases rapidly at the initial wearing stage but tends being stable after the wearing time exceeding 60 minutes.The attenuation law conforms to the exponential function of T(t)=a+b×ect.The three parameters of a+b(initial value of aggregate texture index),a(final value of aggregate texture index)and c(attenuation rate of aggregate texture index)can be used to evaluate the abrasion resistance and long-term skid resistance of aggregate.Controlling the initial value of aggregate texture index can ensure the initial friction of asphalt pavement effectively and choosing aggregate with low attenuation rate of texture index can reduce the falling speed of pavement friction.
