人工肝单纯血浆置换术治疗重症肝炎患者的临床护理配合体会

摘要
目的分析重症肝炎病患接受人工肝单纯血浆置换术时临床护理配合对疗效产生的影响。方法选择2014年07月18日-2017年07月21日在本院接受人工肝单纯血浆置换术治疗的200例重症肝炎患者参与本次研究,在内科支持治疗的基础之上加锁骨下静脉穿刺置管,病患接受术前护理、术中配合以及术后护理,了解护理效果。结果在治疗的过程之中能够及时的将故障排除,顺利的完成了手术,其中4例病患在治疗的过程之中血浆分离器破裂,更换分离器之后顺利完成治疗。治疗之后,病患的生化指标有所改善,病患好转率87.5%。结论在接受人工肝单纯血浆置换术治疗时护理配合能够保证手术顺利进行,能够及时发现不良反应并及时进行处理,能够提升人工肝治疗成功率,改善病患的生存质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing cooperation on curative effect of patients with severe hepatitis receiving artificial liver simple plasma replacement.Methods 200 patients with severe hepatitis who received artificial liver replacement therapy in our hospital from July 18 th 2014 to July 21 st 2017 were enrolled in this study.The subclavian vein puncture and catheterization were performed on the basis of medical support.Patients concerned receive preoperative care,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative care to understand the nursing effect.Results In the process of treatment,timely troubleshooting,to get the operation completed successfully,however because of 4 cases' the plasma separator rupturein the treatment process,and the treatment was successfully completed after the splitter was replaced.After treatment,the patients' biochemical indexes were improved,and the patients' improvement rate was 87.5%.Conclusion In the treatment of artificial liver simple plasma replacement,the nursing cooperation can ensure the smooth operation,it is worth spreading that it can detect adverse reactions and deal with them in time,also improve the success rate of artificial liver treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
