摘要
目的为了解厦门市2011—2016年成蚊密度及蚊种构成、季节消长规律及不同生境成蚊密度,为厦门市开展蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯对厦门市湖里、集美2个区,5种不同生境进行成蚊密度监测,每个月监测2次,相邻2次的测定间隔为15 d。结果共捕获10 916只蚊虫,其中以致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占98.42%;2011—2016年厦门市成蚊密度有下降的趋势,高峰期为5—6月和9—10月,以2011年6月的成蚊密度最高,为2.77只/(灯·h);5种生境中以牲畜棚的成蚊平均密度最高,为0.78只/(灯·h)。结论基本掌握了厦门市蚊种的构成、成蚊密度及时间消长情况,为蚊虫防控提供指导依据。
Objective To understand the mosquito density,population structure and seasonal variation of the different habitats of mosquito density in Xiamen City from 2011 to 2016,and provide the reference for the control of mosquitoes.Methods Mosquitoes were collected with lamp-traps in Huli District and Jimei District of Xiamen,and five different kinds of habitat were selected for mosquito density monitoring twice a month with the adjacent intervals 15 days.Results A total of 10 916 mosquitoes were captured,and Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant species accounting for 98.42%.From 2011 to 2016,the mosquito density decreased.The mosquito density peaked from May to June.The highest mosquito density,2.77 insects per lamp in an hour,took place in June in 2011.Among the habitats,the stables held the highest average mosquito density as much as 0.78 insects per lamp in an hour.Conclusion The population structure,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Xiamen City were mastered,providing the guidance for the prevention and control of mosquitoes.
