医疗就诊流程智能导航系统的设计

摘要
目的:设计医疗就诊流程智能导航系统,进一步优化医疗流程管理,提高患者临床体验及就诊效率。方法:分析影响就诊体验的因素,结合互联网技术及医疗业务流理念,设计医疗就诊流程智能导航系统。采用智能化辅助分诊算法,以及采取向导式业务管理及路径导航技术,实现医疗就诊智能导航,提升医疗机构就诊管理的信息化和智能化能力。结果:该系统与传统就诊方式相比,在信息咨询方面,采用在线系统服务方式,提高了灵活性和实时性;患者挂号取号时可实时远程预约付费,减少排队环节,提高了患者操作的自主性;缩短了患者在院驻留时间,提高了患者诊疗体验;加快了分诊效率,提高了分诊精度,减少了患者排队等候的时间。结论:所设计的医疗就诊流程智能导航系统,能够将互联网技术融入医院流程管理,将咨询、临床路径导航以及流程向导依托于手机端,使用户可远程实现挂号、取号、缴费、预约检查以及预约取药等操作,并可为医院其他管理系统的开发提供参考。
        Objective: To design an intelligent navigation system for medical treatment process so as to deepen the process management of hospital, and improve the clinical experience of patients and efficiency of medical treatment, and optimize the medical process in further. Methods: Through analyzed the factors that affected experience of medical treatment, and combined with internet technique and the concept of medical service flow to design intelligent navigation system of medical treatment process. And intelligent auxiliary diagnosis algorithm, guided business management and path navigation technique were adopted to achieve intelligent navigation of medical treatment and enhance the ability of informatization and intelligence of medical treatment of medical organizations. Results: Compared with the traditional way of medical treatment, the new system is more flexible, timely and effective, which can improve user experience. On the aspect of information consultation, this system improved flexibility and real-time by adopting online system services. When patients took registration and got it, the system could make an appointment and pay fee with real-time and long-distance, and reduce the queuing link, and enhance operative autonomy of patients, and shorten the stay time of patients in hospital and enhance the experience of medical treatment of patients. In the division of diagnosis, this system accelerated the efficiency of division, and enhanced the accuracy of division, and reduced the time of patients waiting in line. Conclusion: The design of intelligent navigation system for medical treatment can take internet technique in process management of hospital, and take consultation, navigation of clinical pathway and process guidance on mobile phone, and enable users to realize registration, getting order, payment, appointment inspection and appointment of getting the medicine. It has a certain reference value for the development of other management system of hospital.
