第四次全国中药资源普查西和县中药资源田野调查初报

摘要
目的调查甘肃省西和县中药资源本底情况,为西和县中药资源的开发利用提供数据支撑。方法按照《第四次全国中药资源普查(试点)实施方案》,通过样线、样地、样方调查,标本采集,影像与文字记录,并结合资料考证的方法对甘肃省西和县中药资源的多样性进行研究。结果重点品种出现在样方中的有31种,其中蕴藏量超过10万吨的野生药材有:细叶小檗、天名精、射干、野葛、三叶木通;西和县现有中药资源94科、229属、293种,其中属于《国家重点保护野生药材物种名录》中Ⅱ级的1种、Ⅲ级的8种。结论基本查清了西和县中药资源的本底情况,对下一步开展中药资源普查工作具有较好的指导意义,普查成果也为当地科普中药知识、发展中药产业提供了支持。
Objective To investigate the background of natural resources of Chinese materia medica in Xihe County of Gansu Province,and provide data support for the development and utilization of natural resources of Chinese materia medica in Xihe County.Methods According to The Implementation Plan of the Fourth National Investigation of Natural Resources of Chinese Materia medica(Pilot Project),the diversity of natural resources of Chinese materia medica in Xihe County of Gansu Province was studied by means of sample line,sample plot and sample investigation,sample collection,image and written record,and data textual research.Results There were 31 species of key varieties in the quadrat,including wild medicinal herbs with reserves of more than 100 000 tons as follows:Xiyexiaobo(Berberis poiretii Schneid.),Tianmingjing(Carpesium abrotanoides L.),Shegan(Belamcandae rhizoma),Yege[Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi] and Sanyemutong[Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.) Koidz.].There are 293 species belonging to 229 genera and 94 families in Xihe County,of which 1 species belonged to the second class and 8 species belonged to the third class in the List of Species of Wild Medicinal Materials under State Key Protection.Conclusion The background information of the natural resources of Chinese materia medica in Xihe County has been basically ascertained,which is of good guiding significance for the next step of the general investigation of Chinese materia medica.The investigation results also provide support for the local popularization of scientific know-ledge of Chinese materia medica as well as the development of Chinese materia medica industry.
