氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病临床研究

摘要
目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年10月来院就诊的120例高血压合并冠心病患者,将其分为研究组和对照组。研究组服用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组服用阿托伐他汀钙片,对两组临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果研究组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.33%、66.67%,并发症发生率分别为3.33%、26.67%(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果优于阿托伐他汀钙片,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who came to hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group. The study group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets and the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group and the control group was 93.33% and 66.67% respectively, and the incidence of complications was 3.33% and 26.67% respectively(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease is better than atorvastatin calcium tablets, it is safe and reliable.
