摘要
教育生态学作为一种新兴交叉学科为农村职业教育产教融合的理论与实践研究提供了崭新的视角和方法。从教育生态学的角度看,农村职业教育产教体系是由诸多要素构成的一个有机的、复杂的生态系统,但当前系统内供需错位、产教脱节、资源错配等结构性失衡问题突出,制约着农村职业教育自身发展及其服务乡村振兴功能与作用的发挥。究其原因,在于受城乡二元结构体制分割、区域经济发展不平衡、制度与政策环境不健全、思维理念滞后等生态因子的综合影响。基于教育生态学理论的农村职业教育产教融合发展必须要强化产教生态系统平衡观、明确产教实施主体生态位、优化生态系统环境、调整生态系统结构、强化城乡融合生态发展路径,进而促进自身发展和助力乡村振兴目标的实现。
        As a new interdisciplinary subject, educational ecology provides a new perspective and method for the theory and practice of the integration of rural vocational education. From the point of view of education ecology, the system of production and education in rural vocational education is an organic and complex ecosystem composed of many elements. At present, structural imbalances such as dislocation of supply and demand, dislocation of production and education, and mismatch of resources within the system are prominent. It restricts the development of rural vocational education and its function of serving rural revitalization. The reason lies in the comprehensive influence of ecological factors such as the division of urban and rural dual structures, unbalanced regional economic development, imperfect system and policy environment, and lagging thinking ideas. The integrated development of rural vocational education based on the theory of education ecology must establish a balanced view of the ecological system of production and education, clarify the ecological niche of the main body of production and education, optimize the ecosystem environment, adjust the ecosystem structure, and strengthen the path of integrated ecological development between urban and rural areas. Then promote their own development and help the realization of rural revitalization goals.
