摘要

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合用于治疗急性心肌梗死介入术患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月—2018年6月在商丘市第一人民医院行急性心肌梗死介入术治疗的患者80例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为2组,各40例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者心肌坏死标志物及左室射血分数变化情况。结果治疗后观察组cTnI、CK-MB峰值浓度均低于对照组,同时cTnI、CK-MB恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者左室射血分数均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在瑞舒伐他汀基础上给予急性心肌梗死介入术患者曲美他嗪治疗可有效改善其心肌损伤症状并提高心功能,有利于促进患者各临床症状的好转。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients with intervention operation.Methods Totally 80 AMI patients with intervention operation in the hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given rosuvastatin, while observation group was treated with trimetazidine based on control group. The myocardial necrosis markers and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the cTnI and CK-MB peak concentration in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the recovery time of cTnI and CK-MB in observation group were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05); Compared with before treatment, the LVEF of two groups increased, and observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treatment of AMI patients with intervention operation can effectively improve myocardial damage, increase cardiac function, promote recovery of clinical symptoms.
