摘要

目的建立益气和胃胶囊中4种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,Themo C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,0.5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(用磷酸溶液调节p H值至3)(20∶80);流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为283 nm。结果黄芩苷在(0.573 5~5.736 0)×10-2mg·m L~(-1)、柚皮苷在(0.194 0~1.939 5)×10-2mg·m L~(-1)、橙皮苷在(0.205 1~2.051 0)×10-3mg·m L~(-1)、新橙皮苷在(0.202 0~2.020 0)×10-2mg·m L~(-1)范围内各自峰面积积分值均呈良好的线性关系;RSD分别为0.28%,0.54%,0.54%,0.31%(n=5)。黄芩苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的平均回收率分别为103.94%,98.06%,103.09%,95.67%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于益气和胃胶囊的制剂质量控制。
        Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determinations of the ingredients in yiqi hewei capsules. Methods RP-HPLC method was used. The separation was performed on a Thermo C18 column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water( 20∶ 80)( p H was adjusted to 3 with glacial acetic acid) at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min-1. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results The linear ranges were( 0. 573 5-5. 736 0) × 10-2mg·m L~(-1)for baicalin,( 0. 194 0-1. 939 5) × 10-2mg·m L~(-1)for hesperidin,( 0. 205 1-2. 051 0) × 10-3mg·m L~(-1)for naringin and( 0. 202 0-2. 020 0) × 10-2mg·m L~(-1)for neohesperidin; RSD = 0. 28%,0. 54%,0. 54%,0. 31%( n = 5),respectively. The average recoveries were 103. 94%,98. 06%,103. 09%,95. 67%,respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of yiqi hewei capsules.
