摘要
铁、锌、维生素A的缺乏是引起隐性饥饿的主要因素,生物强化是目前业界公认的最经济有效的解决手段。自2005年项目启动以来,由中国农业科学院主持开展的中国作物营养强化项目已培育出十多个营养强化作物品种/系,其中"中麦175"是首个锌营养元素强化小麦品种。分析结果表明,与试验用对照小麦粉相比,中麦175相同出粉率小麦粉的锌含量提高了15.2%。目前中麦175已经在生产上规模化推广种植,年播种面积超过500万亩,是北部冬麦区的主栽品种和黄淮旱肥地具有重大推广价值的主推品种。市场调研显示,消费者对于营养健康的诉求不断增加,对于生物强化类食品的认知也逐渐加强,其中作物营养强化食品备受消费者认可,有望替代当前非作物强化类食品,成为大众日常饮食消费的重要组成部分,具有很好的市场应用推广前景。
        Iron,zinc,and vitamin A deficiency were the main factors causing hidden hunger. Currently,Biofortification was regarded as the most valuable and economic method to solve the problem. Dozens of fortified crop varieties/lines,including Zhongmai 175 has been released or development under the funding partly from Harvest Plus-China project,organized by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,since the startup of the project in 2005.Zhongmai 175 performed high Zn content,with the value being of 15. 2% higher than that of the check flour with the same extraction rate. At present,Zhongmai 175 has formed a large-scale promoted planting,with annual sowing area over 5 000 000 mu,and it has become the main cultivar in winter wheat area of Northern China and the main popularized variety with great promoting value in Drought fruitful land of Huang-Huai River Region. Market investigation research indicated that consumers had continues growing demands for nutrition and health. Micronutrients biofortification crop foods,which have been gradually accepted by the consumers,in future,it may become an important part of public consumption of daily food and have great prospect in the market. Consumers have strong willing to replace the current normal food with the micronutrients biofortified crop food.
