摘要
以两种保健食品为研究对象,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(MD-ICP-MS),建立了不同量级的14种营养元素(Na、Mg、K、Ca、B、Si、Mn、Fe、Zn、V、Co、Ni、Sr、Mo)同步检测的方法,并对两种保健食品口服液中的营养元素进行了含量检测.结果显示,14种营养元素的线性系数均≥0.999 7,各元素的检测限和定量限分别在0.011-23.13μg/mL和0.011-43.032μg/mL之间,精密度RSD<3.0%,重复性RSD<8.0%,加样回收率在75.1%-118.1%之间.该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点,可广泛应用于保健食品、食品、药品等液体样品营养元素检测.
        To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of nutrient elements such as Na, Mg, K, Ca, B, Si, Mn, Fe, Zn, V, Co, Ni, Sr, Mo in two kinds of health care medicine by ICP-MS and microwave digestion. And the content of nutrient elements in the oral liquid of two health foods was tested. And 14 kinds of elements in 2 types of health products were decomposed by microwave oven and then analyzed by ICP-MS. The results showed that the linear coefficients of 14 nutrientelements standard curves were good, R2≥0.9997, the detection limits of each element were between 0.011-23.13 ng/mL, thelimit of quantitation of each element were between 0.011-43.032 ng/mL, the precision RSD<3.0%, the repetitive RSD<8.0%, and the recovery rate was between 75.1% and 118.1%.The method has the advantages of quickness, simplicity, high sensitivity and good stability, and can be widely applied to the detection of nutrient elements of liquid samples such as health foods, foods and medicines.
