分析双C疗法在高龄孕妇妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压疾病治疗中的可行性

摘要
目的探讨在高龄孕妇妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压疾病治疗中双C疗法的应用效果。方法从2015年12月—2018年7月就诊于本院且同时患有妊娠糖尿病与妊娠高血压的众多高龄孕妇中随机选择150例作为本次实验对象,并根据其接受治疗意愿的不同将其分别分为相对应的两组(传统组与创新组,每组75例)进行区别性治疗。予以传统组孕妇常规性治疗,对创新组孕妇则采用双C疗法进行治疗,而后由参与本次研究的临床观察小组对比分析两组孕妇经不同治疗后的血压与血糖水平变化情况、产后并发症发生情况以及分娩方式与新生儿情况。结果实施差异性治疗方案后,创新组孕产妇在上述一系列临床相关指标中均优于传统组孕产妇,且两者数据差异均具备统计学性质(P <0. 05)。其中,两组孕产妇的产后并发症总发生率分别为2. 66%(创新组)和17. 33%(传统组)。结论较之常规性治疗措施,采用双C疗法对妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压高龄孕妇进行治疗,不仅能够显著改善其血压与血糖水平,并且还可在优化新生儿出生综合情况的同时降低其产后并发症发生率,临床应大力借鉴与推广。
Objective To investigate the application of double C therapy in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in elderly pregnant women. Methods From December 2015 to July 2018 in our hospital,150 cases of elderly pregnant women with gestational diabetes and pregnancy-induced hypertension were randomly selected as the experimental object,and according to their treatment will,they were be divided into traditional group and innovation group with 75 cases in each to receive differential treatments. Conventional treatment was given to pregnant women in the traditional group and double C therapy to the innovation group. Then,the clinical observation group participating in this study compared and analyzed the changes of blood pressure and blood glucose levels,postpartum complications,delivery mode and neonatal status of the two groups of pregnant women after differential treatments. Results After the implementation of the differential treatment scheme,pregnant women in the innovation group were superior to those in the traditional group in a series of clinical indicators,and the data differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total incidence of postpartum complications in the two groups was 2. 66%( innovation group) and 17. 33%( traditional group),respectively. Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment measures,double C therapy for elderly pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension can not only significantly improve their blood pressure and blood glucose levels,but also optimize the comprehensive situation of birth and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
