乡村振兴战略视角下农村社区教育的功能探究——以四川省蒲江县为例

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大报告提出的国家顶层战略设计,是今后"三农"工作的根本遵循和"总抓手",而农村社区教育与乡村振兴战略具有高度耦合性。通过四川省蒲江县农村社区教育的实践可以发现:农村社区教育能为乡村振兴战略的实践提供知识、人才、文化和制度要素供给,为实现"产业兴旺"和"生活富裕"提供农技知识、就业(创业)知识和技能人才供给,为实现"乡风文明"提供乡土文化和道德价值供给,为实现"生态宜居"和"治理有效"提供生态文明制度与社区治理制度供给,有效实现了农村社区教育功能与乡村振兴战略的目标耦合,构建了农村社区教育服务乡村振兴战略的全新范式和实践路径。
As one of the top-level national strategies proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, rural revitalization has become the fundamental principle to deal with rural problems in developing agriculture, villages, and farmers. In this respect, community education can be one of the approaches to accommodating the project. This paper documents the community education development in Pujing County, Sichuan Province, and evidences its advantages in implementing the plan, in its provision of a wealth of resources covering knowledge, personnel, culture, and mechanism, etc., to be specific, fuelling Program of Industrialization and Prosperity with agricultural technologies, business start-up skills and competent talents, accommodating Rural Civilization Program with village-based cultures and morals, erecting an optimum mechanism to facilitate Program of Renovating and Constructing a pleasant living environment, and so on. The paper concludes that rural community education shall be integrated into the rural revitalization strategy, and through practice, help construct a novel model to pave a path to its utmost objectives.
