联用药物对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物所致迟发型过敏反应患者的影响

摘要

目的:了解β-内酰胺类抗菌药物所致迟发型过敏反应患者的联用药物使用情况,以及联用药物与迟发型过敏反应的关系。方法:回顾性分析β-内酰胺类抗菌药物所致迟发型过敏反应的住院患者64例,并随机选择未发生迟发型过敏反应的同期住院患者300例和皮试阳性患者150例作为平行对照组,对迟发型过敏反应发生率、联用药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果:β-内酰胺类抗菌药物所致迟发型过敏反应的发生率为0.26%;使用易导致皮试假阴性药物在迟发型过敏反应患者中占比75.00%,在未出现迟发型过敏反应的患者中占比19. 67%,在皮试阳性的患者中占比8.67%。结论:联用易导致皮试假阴性的药品可能与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物所致迟发型过敏反应的发生相关,临床使用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物时应予以重点关注。
        Objective: To investigate the use of concomitant drugs in patients with delayed anaphylaxis induced by β-lactam antibiotics and the relationship between concomitant drugs and delayed anaphylaxis. Methods : Totally 64 hospitalized patients with delayed anaphylaxis induced by β-lactam antibiotics were reviewed. In addition, 300 hospitalized patients without delayed anaphylaxis and 150 skin test positive patients were randomly selected as parallel control group. The incidence of delayed anaphylaxis and the use of concomitant drugs were analyzed. Results : The incidence of delayed anaphylaxis caused by β-lactam antibiotics was 0.26%. Seventy-five percent of delayed anaphylax 19. 67% of non-delayed anaphylaxis patients and 8. 67% of skin test positive patients is patients were treated with pseudo-negative drugs. Conclusion : The concomitant use of drugs which easily lead to false negative skin test may be related to delayed anaphylaxis induced by p-lactam antibiotics. The clinical use of β-lactam antibiotics should be paid more attention.
