摘要

目的:探讨集束化干预策略提高ICU护士药品管理与合理使用的作用。方法:以2016年1～6月在ICU进行药物治疗的患者为对照组,以2016年7～12月在ICU进行药物治疗的患者为观察组,实施集束化干预。收集与分析与ICU护士药品管理与合理使用相关的不良事件资料,将两组与ICU护士药品管理与合理使用相关的不良事件例数统计分析,观察集束化干预的管理效果。结果:观察组与对照组相比,与ICU护士药品管理与合理使用相关的不良事件发生率下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在ICU药品管理与合理使用中实施集束化干预,可显著降低护士在药品管理及使用过程中的不良事件发生率,提高合理给药率,保证患者用药安全、合理、有效。
        Objective: To explore the effect of cluster intervention strategy on improving drug management and rational use of ICU nurses. Methods: Patients who received drug therapy in ICU from January to June 2016 were taken as control group,and patients who received drug therapy in ICU from July to December 2016 were taken as observation group,and cluster intervention was implemented. Adverse events related to drug management and rational use of ICU nurses were collected and analyzed,and the number of adverse events related to drug management and rational use of ICU nurses in the two groups was statistically analyzed,Observe the management effect of cluster intervention. Results: Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse events related to drug management and rational use of ICU nurses decreased in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions:Cluster intervention in the management and rational use of ICU drugs can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in the process of drug management and use by nurses,improve the rational drug delivery rate,and ensure the safe,reasonable and effective use of drugs by patients.
