摘要

目的探讨数字化管理在西药房药品管理与发放中的应用分析。方法选取我院2017年1—5月未实行数字化管理的西药房120例处方单作为对照组,选取2018年1—3月实施数字化管理的西药房120例处方单作为观察组,对比实施前后的管理效果、药品发放及处方单出错率。结果观察组中患者的平均取药时间及药品盘点时间均短于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);同时,观察组处方单出错率(4.17%)低于对照组(16.67%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论数字化管理在西药房药品管理与发放中的应用显著,可缩短药品盘点时间,提升工作效率,缩短患者取药时间。
        Objective To explore the application analysis of digital management in drug management and distribution of western pharmacies. Methods 120 prescription sheets of Western pharmacies without digital management in our hospital from January to May 2017 were selected as control group. 120 prescription sheets of Western pharmacies, which were digitally managed from January to March 2018, were selected as observation group. The management effect, drug distribution and prescription error rate before and after implementation were compared. Results The time of drug taking and drug inventory in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). At the same time, the single prescription error rate(4.17%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(16.67%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of digital management in drug management and distribution in western pharmacies is remarkable, which can shorten the time of drug inventory, improve work efficiency and shorten the time of patients taking medicine.
