茉莉酸甲酯对鹅掌草中三萜皂苷anhuienoside E含量积累的影响

摘要
目的观察茉莉酸甲酯对鹅掌草根部三萜皂苷含量积累影响。方法分别以5mmol/L,0.5mmol/L,0.05mmol/L 3种浓度茉莉酸甲酯喷施于鹅掌草植株根部,连续4周后,利用液相质谱联用技术,研究茉莉酸甲酯对鹅掌草三蔽皂苷anhuienosideE含量积累影响。结果不同水平茉莉酸甲酯对鹅掌草三蔽皂苷anhuienosideE含量积累均表现为促进作用,其中,以0.5mmol/L为最佳浓度水平。结论外施茉莉酸甲酯能在一定程度上促进鹅掌草三萜皂苷anhuienosideE含量的积累。
        Objective To observe the effects of methy jasmonate on the content accumulation of triterpenoid saponin anhuienoside E in the roots of Anemone flaccida. Methods The roots of Anemone flaccida were sprayed with methy jasmonate(MeJA) at concentrations of 5 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L, 0.05 mmol/L for 4 weeks. The effect of methyl jasmonate on the accumulation of triterpenoid saponins anhuienoside E was studied by liquid phase mass spectrometry(LC-MS). Results The content of triterpenoid saponin anhuienoside E in Anemone flaccida sprayed with different levels of methyl jasmonate were promoted,among which 0.5 mmol/L was the best concentration.
