摘要
以4家薄膜液晶显示器件生产企业为研究对象,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法对其典型工作场所职业病危害现状进行了调查和分析。结果显示,作业人员接触化学有害因素的浓度均符合职业接触限值的要求,目前采取的职业病防护设施效果良好,但维护作业使用的丙酮和异丙醇未设置相应的通风排毒设施。各相关企业应针对职业病危害特点,制定相应的职业病危害防控对策。
        Taking four thin-film liquid crystal display(LCD) manufacturers as the research objects, investigates and analyses the occupational disease hazard status in typical workplaces by means of occupational health field surveys and occupational disease hazard factor detection. The results show that the concentrations of chemical harmful substances exposed to workers meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits, and the current adopted occupational disease prevention facilities have a good effect. However, there is no corresponding ventilation and detoxification facility for acetone and isopropanol used in the maintenance operation. According to the characteristics of occupational disease hazards, the related enterprises should formulate corresponding countermeasures for the prevention and control of occupational disease hazards.
