铸瓷髓腔固位冠修复联合一次性根管填充治疗磨牙重度缺损的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨铸瓷髓腔固位冠修复联合一次性根管填充治疗磨牙重度缺损的临床效果。方法将72例磨牙重度缺损患者(86颗患牙)以随机数表法分为对照组(36例,41颗患牙)和研究组(36例,45颗患牙)。患者均实施一次性根管填充,在此基础上,对照组给予全瓷髓腔固位冠修复治疗,研究组给予铸瓷髓腔固位冠修复治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组修复优良率无显著差异(P>0.05)。随访6个月后,两组患者对患牙外形、边缘密合性、颜色、完整性、牢固性及牙龈情况的修复满意度均无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组平均医疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05),且其成本效果比低于对照组。结论采用铸瓷髓腔固位冠修复联合一次性根管填充治疗磨牙重度缺损的修复效果及满意度均与全瓷髓腔固位冠修复效果相近,但其成本效果比更低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of casting porcelain pulp cavity retention crown combined with one-off root canal filling on severe molar defect. Methods A total of 72 patients with severe molar defect(86 teeth) were divided into control group(36 cases, 41 teeth) and research group(36 cases, 45 teeth) by random number table method. All patients were treated with one-off root canal filling. On this basis, the control group was treated with all-ceramic medullary cavity retention crown and the research group was treated with casting porcelain pulp cavity retention crown. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rates of repair between the two groups(P>0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, there were no significant differences in the repair satisfaction of shape,marginal closeness, color, integrity, firmness and gingival condition between the two groups(P>0.05). The average medical expenses in the research group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the cost-effectiveness ratio was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The casting porcelain pulp cavity retention crown combined with oneoff root canal filling on severe molar defect has similar effect and satisfaction with all-ceramic medullary cavity retention crown, but it has lower cost-effectiveness ratio, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
