摘要

显然,人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,简称AI)的持续进步和广泛应用将给人类带来的巨大的好处。但是,人工智能技术的不断迭代和大规模应用,也造成人类与人工智能在交互过程中的冲突,越来越多的伦理和法规挑战正在形成。本文侧重分析各种问题,认为人工智能的技术创新和设计创新也是社会创新,将会引发一系列涉及法律、法规和政策以及道德伦理的社会问题。人工智能正在重建人类社会的运行机制,人工智能发展过程中出现的不可预测性和潜在的不可逆性所形成的风险,亟需建立应对机制和研究平台,需要相关学者和政府相关部门,对此进行积极探讨和应对,及时构建人工智能时代的伦理,作为人工智能产品应用的一环,设计师也应参与到伦理建设中,对人工智能机器设计应用对社会的真正功能和学术价值进行梳理和思考,形成符合人类价值的设计伦理,引导人工智能成为推动世代更替的齿轮。
        Apparently, the continuous progress and extensive application of Artificial Intelligence bring people great benefits. However, the continuous iteration and large-scale application of AI also cause conflicts between human and AI during the process of interaction. More and more ethical and regulatory challenges are emerging. This article lays particular emphasis on various problems and argues that the technological and design innovation of AI are also regarded as social innovation, which will lead to a series of social problems related to laws, regulations, policies and ethical issues. AI is rebuilding the operation mechanism of human society. The risks formed by the unpredictability and potential irreversibility of AI during its development require establishment of a coping mechanism and research platform urgently. Relevant scholars and government departments are also needed to explore and respond to this issue actively so that ethics of AI Age can be constructed timely. As a part of AI product application, designers should also participate in the construction of ethics. They are supposed to sort out and think about the real function and academic value of AI machine design application to society. In this way can design ethics that are consistent with human value be formed and can Artificial Intelligence become the gears to promote generation alternations.
