摘要
非洲猪瘟是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒引起的急性、出血性、接触性、高致病性的传染性疾病。目前针对该病尚未有商品化的疫苗与有效的治疗措施,该病1921年在肯尼亚首次报道,其后在世界各地陆续被发现,2018年8月在中国首次报道后引起巨大的经济和社会损失。本文根据多年来非洲猪瘟病毒流行病学研究的相关资料,从全球流行趋势,传染源及传播途径,临床症状及防控策略等方面进行简要综述,以期为我国非洲猪瘟的防控提供参考。
        African Swine Fever is an acute,hemorrhagic,highly pathogenic infectious disease caused by African Swine Fever virus. There are no preventive vaccines and treatments for this disease. The disease was in Kenya in 1921.After being reported for the first time,it was discovered all over the world(including China). Based on the relevant data of African swine fever virus epidemiology research for many years,this paper reviews the global epidemic trends,sources of infection and transmission routes,clinical symptoms and prevention and control strategies,in order to provide a basis for the prevention and control of African swine fever in China.
