摘要
随着电热水器的不断发展,个性化定制逐渐成为主流。在外观方面,越来越多的用户开始追求差异化的造型及颜色,电热水器行业也因此掀起了一场从冷板喷粉生产的颜色单一的"大白桶"外观向颜色多样的彩板类产品迭代升级的变革,通过采用颜色差异性更高的彩板作为制作热水器外壳的材料将赋予电热水器更为鲜明的个性化差异。在这样的需求下,薄壁彩板焊接就成为亟待解决的问题。
        With the continuous development of electric water heater, personalized customization has gradually become the mainstream. In terms of appearance, more and more users are beginning to pursue differentiated shapes and colors. As a result, the electric water heater industry has also set off a change from the appearance of a single "big white bucket" produced by cold board powder to an iterative upgrade of colorful board products. The use of color plates with higher color differences as the material for making the shell of the water heater will give the water heater a more distinctive personalized difference. Under such demands, thin-walled panel welding has become an urgent problem.
