摘要
在实际的实验过程中,在温度达到记录间隔时需要手动调节电阻箱的旋钮来测量热敏电阻阻值,在该过程中存在时间上的误差,即温度和阻值不对应,且使用玻璃温度计读数不够精确。本实验仪器采用12位ADC模数转换器通过数字单臂电桥测得热敏电阻阻值;采用DS18B20数字温度传感器测得导热介质(自来水)的温度。使用数字设备能有效降低上述的时间误差,简化实验流程,且温度测量误差优于传统方法。使用改进版仪器得出的数据经过计算和分析更接近于热敏电阻温度特性测量的真实值。
In the actual experiment,the temperature of the resistance box is required to be measured by manual regulating the circuit of the resistance box when the temperature is reached,and the error of the time in the process is the error,the temperature and the resistance of the fault,and the use of the glass thermometer to be inaccurate.This experiment is used by the 12 adc module converter to measure the thermal resistance resistance by the digital single-arm bridge.The temperature sensor of the ds18 b20 digital temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the thermal medium(tap water).Using digital equipment can effectively reduce the above time error,simplify the experimental process,and the temperature measurement error is better than the traditional method.The data obtained by the modified instrument is calculated and analyzed to be closer to the real value of the thermal resistance temperature characteristic.
