节能效益分享型的合同能源管理项目投资决策研究

摘要
随着社会的不断进步与发展,我国目前已经到了全面建设小康社会以及深化经济改革的关键阶段,节能减排战略的实施将成为推动我国经济发展的主要动力。根据实践表明,通过与其他合同能源管理模式相对比节能效益分享型的合同能源管理模式最具有优势,所以,本文就以节能效益分享型的合同能源管理为主要研究对象,向大家介绍了国外节能效益分享型的合同能源管理模式,同时分析我国目前在这方面的缺陷和不足,并提出改善的建议。
With the continuous progress and development of society, China has now reached a critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening economic reform. The implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction strategies will become the main driving force for China's economic development. According to the practice, the contract energy management model with energy-saving benefit sharing is the most advantageous compared with other contract energy management models. Therefore, this paper focuses on energy-saving benefit-sharing contract energy management, and introduces foreign energy-saving benefit-sharing contract energy management model, while analyzing China's current shortcomings and deficiencies in this area, and suggesting improvements.
