摘要

研究两岸绿建筑评估系统的发展沿革、指标内容、评估标准、等级划分与执行方式,比较两岸绿建筑规范的异同外;也探讨两岸绿建筑评估系统的优、劣势,分析绿建筑评估规范的制定与应用,尤其是台湾地区绿建筑分级评估制度九大指标之核心内容,对比大陆地区绿建筑评价指标及权重,对两岸绿建筑发展提出建议.
        In this article we discussed the advantages of green building rating system and the disadvantages of this system.We also analysed the development and application of green building assessment specification,especially the comparison of green building index,rating system and weight between China mainland and Taiwan.In addition,this article also researched Both Sides' development evolution, index, evaluation criteria,classification and implementation modalities of green building rating system,compared the similarities and differences between Both Sides' green buiding specification. Finally, we make some suggestions for the development of green building indusrty in China mainland and Taiwan.
