摘要
综合沂沭泗流域防洪特点,采用目标函数、约束条件及三级递阶分解协调优化等数学方法,建立沂沭泗流域洪水预调度模型。基于所建模型,在现状工况条件下,以20年一遇、50年一遇、100年一遇的洪水过程为基础,进行了预调度模拟分析。计算分析结果表明,在发生20年一遇、50年一遇、100年一遇设计洪水情况下,根据预报的洪水信息,及时、迅速地做出响应,对防洪工程进行预调度后,南四湖下级湖、骆马湖最高水位及运河站最大流量均有所降低,黄墩湖滞洪量也相应减少,大大减轻了流域防洪压力,降低区域洪灾损失,防洪工程预调度的效果较为显著。
Synthesizing the characteristics of flood control patterns in the Yishusi River Basin,this study has established a flood pre-dispatching model for the Yishusi River Basin using mathematic approaches of objective functions,constraint conditions,three-level hierarchical decomposition-coordination-optimization method and so on. Based on the built model and under the current working conditions,the pre-dispatching simulation analysis has been carried out on the basis of the flood processes of every 20,50 and 100 years,respectively. Results indicate that after the preliminary dispatching on flood control projects by responding timely according to flood forecasting information in the event of the designed flood on every 20,50 and 100 years,the highest water level of the subordinate lakes of Nansi Lake,as well as Luoma Lake,and the maximum discharges of canal stations have decreased,and the flood detention volume of Huangdun Lake has also decreased accordingly. It significantly alleviated the flood control pressure in the basin and has reduced the loss of regional flood,which has manifested that the predispatching of flood control projects has proved to be significantly effective.
