西安市2013-2017年舒血宁注射液药品不良反应报告回顾分析

摘要
目的对西安市2013—2017年舒血宁注射液药品不良反应(ADR)进行回顾性分析,以促进合理用药。方法对5年中西安市舒血宁注射液ADR报告进行统计分析,包括ADR报告数量、患者情况、药品使用情况、ADR发生时间、累及器官及常见临床反应、转归、不良反应类型、上报单位及上报人类型。结果 5年来,西安市舒血宁注射液ADR报告数量呈先升后降趋势;在208例ADR中,男女比例为1∶1.10; 71岁及以上患者所占比例最高,为31.73%;舒血宁注射液用法以20 m L最多,占84.61%; 37.50%舒血宁不良反应发生在用药30 min内; ADR累及最多的是心血管系统(21.19%);新的、严重的ADR报告共占17.79%;报告单位以医疗机构为主(97.60%),报告人以医生(42.79%)和药师(31.73%)为主。结论临床使用舒血宁注射液过程中应按说明书规范用药,医务人员应加强对舒血宁注射液使用过程中的用药监测,减少ADR的发生。
Objective A retrospective analysis of adverse drug reactions of Shuxuening injection in Xi'an from 2013 to2017 was carried out to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods The ADR reports of Shuxuening injection received by Center for ADR Monitoring of Xi'an in 2013-2017 were analyzed,focusing on the number of ADRs reported,patient information,drugs used,adverse reaction time,the organs involved,the main clinical manifestations,the outcome of ADRs,the types of ADR,the types of reporters. Results From 2013 to 2017,the number of adverse drug reactions of shuxuening injection in Xi'an rised at first and then decreased among the 208 ADRs,the gender ratio was 1∶1.10,the proportion of patients( 31.73%)older than 71 years old was the highest; the injection of shuxuemin 20 m L was used the most,accounting for 84.61%; 37.50% of Shuxuening adverse reactions occurred within 30 minutes of medication; the cardiovascular system was involved the most in the ARDs( 21. 19%); the new and severe ADR cases accouted for 17. 79%; the reporters were mainly medical institutions( 97.60 %),and the individual reporters were mainly doctors( 42.79%) and pharmacists( 31.73%). Conclusion Clinical use of Shuxuening injection should be standardized according to the instructions of medication,and medical workers should strengthen their monitoring of drug use to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
