1509号台风“灿鸿”灾情调查与致灾原因分析

针对1509号台风"灿鸿",2015年7月10日至14日,中国气象局组成联合调查组,选取浙江省宁波市区、余姚、象山,舟山市区和朱家尖等地一些典型受灾点,对"灿鸿"的预报服务情况、灾害影响情况等进行了详细的现场调查和致灾原因分析。台风"灿鸿"造成浙江受灾严重的原因主要包括:降雨强度大、大风持续时间长是致灾严重的主要原因;强降雨与前期梅雨偏多的叠加效应加重了洪涝灾害;当地孕灾环境特征和2015年强台风影响相对偏早也是造成浙江受灾的重要原因。
A joint investigation group was organized by China Meteorological Administration for the disaster of typhoon CHAN-HOM. And from July. 10 to July. 14,2015,a detailed field investigation and disaster causation analysis of forecast services and disaster repercussions was made in such typical disaster-stricken areas as Ningbo city proper,Yuyao,Xiangshan,Zhoushan city proper and Zhujiajian. Analysis of the disaster causation indicates that the heavy rainfall and the long-lasting gale comprise the major causes for the severe disaster,the superimposition of the rainstorm and the abundant plum rain aggravates the flood,and the local disaster-formative environment and the relatively early coming of typhoon are considered as an essential cause for the disaster in Zhejiang.
