摘要

目的了解不同居住安排状态下农村老年人的自评健康情况。方法根据2013年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)对农村老年人居住安排状况、健康自评状况统计的数据和自评健康的影响因素,采用描述性分析、有序Logit模型进行分析。结果居住的家庭代际数量越多的老年人,其与家庭成员之间的情感交换程度越强,自评健康程度越强。教育、年龄、性别、婚姻、家庭相对经济收入水平、情绪心理等变量对自评健康有显著影响。结论为提高老年人自评健康水平,应关注农村隔代家庭和空巢家庭中的老年人,健全农村社会支持体系,充分发挥家庭成员在养老中的作用,依托政府提供支持帮扶,从而更好地应对老龄化问题。
        Object: To understand the self-evaluation health status of rural elderly under different living arrangements. Methods: Based on the data of rural seniors in the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS) in 2013,the data on the living conditions of rural elderly, the statistics of self-evaluation status and the influencing factors of self-rated health were analyzed by descriptive analysis and ordered Logit model. Results: The study have found that the greater the number of elderly people living in the family generation, the stronger the degree of emotional exchange between the elderly and family members, and the healthier the self-rated health. At the same time, the education,age, gender, marriage, family income level, emotional psychology and other variables would make significant effects on self-rated health. Conclusion: We should pay attention to the elderly in rural families and empty-nest families,improve the rural social support system, bring family members into full play and rely on the government to provide support and help, in order to improve the level of self-evaluation in the elderly, and solve the aging problem.
