摘要
为提升运维人员检修智能变电站二次作业的效率,对智能变电站二次系统"一键式"安措自动生成方法进行了研究。在智能变电站的检修安全机制基础之上,确立了划分检修安全边界的原则,并构建了检修设备陪停库。结合变电站SCD中的工程化模型,总结了二次安全措施的种类和作用,并完整给出了"一键式"安措自动生成的执行流程。最后通过试点工程验证了方法的有效性,并具有良好的应用前景。
        In order to help the secondary team staffs improve the efficiency of the maintenance in smart substation,a"one-click"automatic generation method for overhaul safety measures is given in this paper. Based on the principle of safety maintenance mechanism for smart substation,the paper describes the rules of dividing boundary for safety maintenance and doses some research work for establishing the database of devices accompanied to stop running. According to engineering models in SCD file,the types and functions of the secondary measures are summarized in this paper. Finally,a complete execution flow of"one-click"automatic generation method is shown in the paper. The results of application in actual engineering indicate that the proposed method in this paper is effective and has a good prospect.
