摘要
针对目前我国大部分的陆地油气井仍依靠人工监测泥浆液位来预测和判断钻井事故的问题,本文设计了一种自动灌浆监控系统,该系统通过ZigBee无线传感器网络进行泥浆液位信息的实时采集,PLC进行自动灌浆控制,并由上位机实现远程监控和事故报警,为钻井作业中的灌浆监控提供了稳定、可靠、低成本的实施方案,不仅方便了系统的安装、拆卸,而且达到了降低成本的目的。
        At present, most of the land oil and gas Wells is still rely on manual monitoring mud level to judge well drilling accidents. In view of this, an automatic grouting monitoring and control system is designed. In the system Zig Bee wireless sensor network was used to collect the information of mud liquid level, PLC was used to control automatic grouting, and remote monitoring and accident report were realized by PC. The system provide a stable, reliable, low-cost implementation plan for grouting monitoring in drilling operation, not only convenient for installation, disassembly, and achieved the purpose of reducing costs.
